No paper , no pen , no cold water in the refrigirator . Buffet breakfast was ok no more .Food was missing in some plates. Dinner was better, staff vert nice and very busy.

Bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet. Road works outside the hotel and lift renovation in the hotel does affect accessibility to the tram stop and it takes longer than usual to get to your floor level. Front desk staff were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel.
