The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect. Close to the downtown. Breakfast was okay as food wasn’t warm.

The room was very cold. We told the desk but nothing happened. I had to sleep far away from the window which was wet with moisture all over. I had to wear my parka to sleep. What a terrible nightmare!! I don’t go back to that hotel.
