We had a wonderful stay at The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel. The staff at the reception, concierge, and housekeeping were all exceptionally helpful, friendly, and prompt in providing excellent service. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks daily from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. The location is excellent, with many shopping malls, restaurants, and cafés all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the Bukit Bintang area. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

To all the staff that made our stay terrific, Anamul, Carmen, Faiz, Malinda, Luqman, Farid, Munira and Afif. Easy checkin, nice room, comfy bed, good shower area. Good selection for breakfast( especially the fried chicken) Even have complimentary afternoon tea with samosas, spring rolls and other snacks. Great location next to the main area in Bukit Bintang with easy access to the monorail and MRT station. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kuala Lumpur Journal. It is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang close to shopping, nightlife etc Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was stylishly appointed and very modern. Also a special shout out to the infinity pool on the roof great place to relax with a great view of the city. 10 out of 10 great hotel

Easy check in. Really efficient and friendly staff. Very clean and quiet room with a fantastic view of the Petronas Towers. Very comfortable bed with high quality linen. Great location. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always a great place to stay.

We had a very warm welcome, assistance with our luggage and refreshing cool fruit juice to help us settle in. Everything went well. The mini bar refill each day owas great as was the ,"afternoon tea" , 'happy hour" and drink offers . There was a good range of options for the breakfast buffet. Location was good. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and a little drink or two. If I visit KL again I would stay at this hotel again. We felt well looked after. Thank you.
