The hotel offers an exceptional experience in every way. The staff are incredibly attentive and always ready to take care of every detail, ensuring that guests feel fully supported and comfortable throughout their stay. The restaurant and bar serve outstanding cuisine and drinks, making every meal a delight. On top of that, the hotel boasts a breathtaking view, as it is located at the very top of the building, giving guests the perfect vantage point to appreciate the surrounding cityscape.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My flight arrived early at 5:00 a.m., and they kindly prepared my room for check-in at such an early hour. What surprised me even more was finding fresh bakery items and juice waiting in the room when I opened the door. After a 20-hour flight, it was a truly thoughtful and joyful welcome.

Stunning views, excellent staffing and fabulous breakfast buffet. This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location and adjacent to Elements Shopping Mall. The reception area is on the 103rd floor.

We enjoyed this luxury hotel with fine accommodations and restaurants. The staff, friendly and respectful, provided attentive service. This luxury hotel is a standout with incredible views of Hong Kong from our room as well as their fine dining restaurants. We enjoyed an exquisite Michelin dining experience here at Tin Lung Heen.
