I booked for the Infiniti pool and it did not disappoint!! Great ocean view room of diamond head!! I'd totally recommend and would definitely stay again!

I loved my stay. The view was spectacular, the staff were accommodating and the room was comfortable and well equipped. The easy access and close proximity to the beach was fantastic. We were there with a big group for my daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place.

This hotel is amazing, the location is perfect. You can walk to everything Waikiki. The staff in friendly and kind. The check-in line can get backed up. I had the loyalty program so I got in the short line. Worth the wait though. My only complaint is the chairs at the pool. It looks like roughly 30-40% of the pool chairs are only occupied by towels, it would be nice to have it monitored, dealt with that and unused chairs could be freed up. I know that's tricky but anything may help.

This is a very large, very crowded property. The three things it has going for it are: its location right on the beach, it is well-maintained and clean, there are lots of shopping and restaurant ops within walking distance. The crowds and the noise were overwhelming: the check-in line ant the time of our arrival was a block long, there were crowds everywhere, they have a bank of 10 elevators, and all of them were usually full and stopped on every floor, there was screaming in the hallways, on one occasion at 5:30 am. Our room had a spectacular view and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was sufficient, but the pressure in the shower was low; however, I appreciated the fact that I had a separate mirror, away from the one by the sink, making our morning preps far faster and smoother. I missed the hotel robe - had I known that there were none provided, I would have brought my own. The bedside light on my side of the bed was broken when we arrived, but it was fixed as soon as I notified the front desk.

For my first time to Hawaii, I am so glad we stayed at the Sheraton. The room had a perfect view of diamond head and Waikiki beach. For the most part, the hotel staff was helpful and kind. The staff we encountered inside the Rumfire were the ones we had a problem with. Their attitude if you were coming in from the pool area to order food was less than helpful. Otherwise, will be back again

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The view was perfect. The pools were great. Staff was friendly and helpful My only complaints are in the afternoon the line to check in can be incredibly long, check in should be better streamlined or additional staff should be brought in for those heavy hours. Also they have no room service or food court options that would have been helpful But overall great hotel.
