우전서책에서 택시로 15분거리라서 호텔을 온전히 즐길분들께만 추천합니다. 우전 서책,동책 관광 후 마을 안에 머물러서 야간에 늦게까지 즐길 분들에겐 비추입니다. 퇴장 시간엔 디디도 잡기 힘들어요. 호텔은 아름답고 조용해서 호킹스하기 좋아요. 영어 완벽하게 하는 직원들도 있구요~

環境漂亮，服務好，房間大，就是玻璃都沒擦乾淨，可惜了！

The room was well laid out but it smelled like it was musty and smelled of smoke. Staff was lovely.

This is a very unique hotel. Very modern architecture looks with big space around the premises. Rooms are big with patio. The rooms have a very high ceiling. The bathroom are so big. They even upgrade us to a suite. Even better.

The room has a musky and moldy bad smell. TV was not working properly. Did mention to staff about the smell, they offered 2 other rooms and all were equally smelly. Took one that I thought smell the least but turns out the whole night it just got worst. Sheets were very moist, so uncomfortable and smelly. Couldn’t sleep as I had hard time breathing, the smell was just so bad. Had diarrhea after dining at the only restaurant available there. Saw cockroach in the room. For alila standard, this is probably the worst experience ever. It shouldn’t been rated 4/5 star hotel. Probably 1 star Request for check out the next day. Had to scram to look for another hotel elsewhere. Staff was going to charge me full price including the meal had I not raise concern. They didn’t seem to understand English much. They did waive off the meal in the end and did gave me some discount on the room. I asked the staff to arrange transport for me to other hotel, they did but they made me pay for the transport even though I had to leave because of the poor hotel condition. I had hard time trying to book another hotel as I’m not familiar with the city, the driver was kind enough to help me and drove me to another hotel where I could instantly book a room on the spot which cost half of what alila was charging and condition of the room was much better with no smell in the room.

We left some of our belongings in the hotel and the Hotel’s service person Victor was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to send our belongings to our hotel in shanghai. Thank you very much Victor for your assistance.

Very good hotel and we were upgraded to a bigger room. Service was fantastic , only thing was the hotel could be a lot more lively in terms of lounges performances and perhaps station more staff to make sure the floor at the swimming pool are dry

Other than they allowed hotel guests performing at the bar (with not so good voice), understood it might be memorable for their own group of friends but other guests might not enjoying the non-prof. performance. The rest of what the hotel has provide pretty much satisfying.
