There was a major towel shortage during our stay. The staff was very responsive to us and the shortage was beyond their control.

I picked the Marriott because of its proximity to Camden Yards. I had come up from Richmond to see my Cubs play. I was able to get an earlier check in so I had plenty of time before game time. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am planning on making reservations again in 2028 when the Cubs come back to Baltimore. I have no problem recommending this hotel.

Hotel need a refresh. Staff was excellent. Rooms are a bit stale. Lobby also needs a redo. For the price of a Marriott hotel, you expect a Marriott experience.

My room has either no hot water halfway through shower or no water at all. Response time were unacceptable - about 45 minutes after calling the front desk 4 times. Front desk staffs were not welcoming. Waited for about 1/2 an hour to check-in. Takes 15 minutes to check me in despite I've reserved my room 6 months ago. Can't print receipt when asked and promised to email it to me - still pending. Worst Marriott hotel I stay so far.

Water wasn’t the hottest when taking showers. I’m thinking this was due to renovations. The room was great. Comfortable bed and nice floors. Elevators were fast and secure.
