The staff was very helpful throughout my stay at the hotel. I ordered an airport pick-up from the hotel, and I’m so glad I did. The driver was at the airport right when I landed. The room was very clean and the AC was very reliable and a great break from the heat. The old quarter and French quarter are within walking distance, and it’s super easy to get a grab driver from the hotel. I was very happy with my stay here.

Very convenient place to stay as very close and walkable distance from Hanoi Station. We just stayed here for the night after our trip back from Sapa. Close to Old Quarter. Room was comfy and clean. Very happy with our stay.

Highly recommend place to stay ! It’s a valuable place for the money you pay(stayed in a standard room) . Clean and tidy place to stay in the heart of Old quarter..

Great hotel. We got a welcoming gift and free room upgrade, also the breakfast offered was amazing. The staff is very attentive and the location is convenient, close to a lot of the points of interest. Really recommend.

Close to the city central and train station. Toilet door is a little old but still works! Very nice staffs at the hotel.

Fantastic
My stay at Millenium hotel was absolutely incredible, the service provided may have been some of the best service that I have personally received. They really go out of there ways to make sure that you are comfortable and all of your requirements are met for your stay in Hanoi. I really enjoyed the location too, it was just a short walk to all of the major city sites! All in all I would highly recommend this stay for solo and or couples traveling through Vietnam!

The staff was very helpful. I was offered early check-in and they helped me with transportation which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely come again and could recommend to anyone.
