Check in was done in the lobby of the Cyan, but as the weekend progressed, and i had issues with the key card (you need your key card to activate the elevator / room door / lighting and power to your hotel room), you had to walk over to the hotel next door to get your key card fixed. Sometimes the elevator would not read the card. Annoying after a long day of work. As for the breakfast buffet, most of the food was gone before i even got a chance to get any, and due to it being the only food in the immediate area (there are only two restaurants nearby), you either have to Deliveroo / UberEats or get on the train and stop elsewhere.

One of the worst hotels in the area. The bathroom is ridiculously small. If you’re obese, you don’t stand a chance of taking a shower. In addition, the shower head does not function properly with leakage at the rims. The television in the room was not working. Front desk claims it went out since morning since they we’re doing construction which is in part annoying since it overlaps with sleeping morning hours. Additionally parties were going on in the adjacent room down the hall all night which prevented us from sleeping. Consequently, this hotel is at the bottom of our list. I want a refund which I rarely request.

There were no staff, check in was next door and when I got to the room it was terrible, the ‘bathroom’ was so small that it was difficult to shower and that was immediately touching the toilet. Dirty and run down in all areas, the curtain rail was loose and hanging down, and the shower head was strapped to the in place! It was so poor I booked another hotel for the second night as it was hands down the worst hotel I’ve booked. We book around 200 hotels a year across various countries and this was shocking.

No staff so can't comment on customer service. Had to request towels from adjacent hotel... Paid less for four star hotels, sadly this hotel felt very neglected. The review would be higher (maybe 2 out of 5) if the price justified the quality, but it didnt.

I have stayed here before. For an overnight stay while waiting for the next flight this is an excellent option. But simply you get what you pay for. Here the price was competitive and the product what I wanted.
