Breakfast was lovely every morning. Rooms were kept clean and all staff were very helpful. The aircon kept you cool and made no noise whatsoever. For a hotel that is in one of the most lively parts of the city in the evening you don’t hear much when getting off to sleep.

The staff was nice. The hotel location is great. There are several restaurants right at the Plaza where the hotel is. There is even a night club two doors down. It is very close to Las ramblas. Location is a plus. The hotel doesn't provide any toiletries, including soap. There is an air-conditioning but you need to leave the door key inside the slot that is the room for the lights and air-conditioning to work. It is inconvenient if the other person has to leave the room. The front desk should make one aware of that,and provide an extra key for a party of two or more. The room and bathroom need an upgrade. Breakfast is downstairs. When I was entering the dinning room I saw a small cockroach walking by. The floor was sticky and there was a musty smell. There is only one small elevator.

Good location. Otherwise really really basic. Shower didn’t look really clean. TV didn’t work, AC took a long time to cool the room. They were nice to help store luggage before check in time. Central location but very basic accommodation.

Great location at the plaza and close to the market and shopping places. The plaza had wonderful restaurants to choose from but the partying goes till early morning and we can hear it because our room is overlooking the plaza courtyard. If you want peace and quiet, this may not be the best place for you.

Everything worked well: plumbing, elevator, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning. Room and hallway is very clean. Occasional noise from outside, but we were at the back so it was not extreme. Excellent breakfast provided. Great location for touring and restaurants. We would definitely consider staying here again.
