Amazing hotel and spa experience. Staff were really professional and helpful. Spa is really good and decent size pool for a hotel. Food was very good too.

Poor customer service. Would not return. Charged extra for spa access and breakfast which made stay extremely overpriced. Poor experience overall.

Attended the Fairlawns for a wedding which was beautiful. Venue is just gorgeous, modern and clean. Food was excellent and rooms were top notch

The room was very good, took a little time in the morning to have my room cleaned, but that is a minor detail. Also, some of the places in the hydrotherapy suite seemed a few degrees cooler than normal (hot tub, salt room, heated loungers). Again this is a small detail as the value for money is still excellent. Staff are extremely attentive and the place itself is wonderful. I shall be returning.
