From the moment I booked the property to checking out, there was constant communication from the hotel, breakfast was lovely and fresh, the pool would always be hot by the sun at the right time, the location of the hotel was perfect for me.. not too far from things but also not too close to all noise in old town. The best thing about the hotel for me was the staff, everyone honestly catered to your needs and whatever you needed they made sure you were okay and I would also go with their recommendations for tours as they were cheaper! Will definitely be coming back again, would 100% recommend booking this place!

It has been a wonderful experience to have stayed at the Hoi An Garden Villas. It is located in a quiet side alley, with a few minutes walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. There are at least three gyms in close proximity for the active travellers that I tried, with a friendly atmosphere between the locals, expats and tourists. If you wouldn't feel like going out to eat, then the Grab-app works perfectly for ordering food and beverages, delivered to the hotel (at very affordable prices). During my visit, the temperature in the pool was warm and comfortable. I was able to do some suntanning from noon until about 16:30 (the sun placing itself perfectly in the afternoon for some final sunshine before getting ready for the evening). I tried measuring the exact minutes for this review, however I was sleeping soundly until brunch. In my humble opinion, Garden Villas is optimal for romantic couples, solo explorers (like myself) and even families. The staff is adorable that will go to great lengths to make sure you have everything you need. I feel truly spoiled and blessed to have found such a relaxing and rejuvenating oasis in Vietnam.

This was our favorite place to stay on our trip. The rooms were clean and having our private outdoor shower was a bonus. The location is close to everything and the owner offers bikes and helped us with a taxi to the airport. We loved ending the day swimming in the pool!

The was our second visit and what we loved the personalized breakfast, the lovely villas and the friendly staff especially Na who is always so friendly and helpful.

A return trip as we love the host Na who is so friendly and accommodating. Booked for 5 days but extended to 7. Will return again.

Because the hotel is small and locally owned, one gets a better feel for the country. Staff super friendly and a couple would engage in long conversation about Vietnam, but also wanted to know what life is like in one's own country. They also took time to figure out what each individual wanted from their stay and then offered recommendations.
