We had an upper floor newly renovated room so it was quite comfortable. Property is close to ferry terminal so getting to Magnetic Island was a breeze One gets special discounts etc upon signing up for the Casino so worth joining the club.

Fantastic
I stay at this property every three months. Everyone is fantastic from the cocktails to the room service to the checkin . Always the food is fantastic for what you get and what you pay. I go for the steak night the chicken schnitzels specials and I always have the fantastic cocktails. My outlook is superb. Weather is always amazing. I just love this place.

The accommodation was very good all round. The bar staff and waiter service in the casino itself needs improvement. Behind the bar was ordinary and appears some staff did not want to be there.
