Staff was friendly and very responsive - they helped us with arranging tours, recommending restaurants. Location was very convenient, close to the tram line in a quiet side street. Breakfast restaurant (Varuna Gezgin) across the street was charming and convenient.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. A special mention goes to Fatih, who went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and gave us great recommendations and suggestions throughout our visit. His friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Minutes away from a large walking street and 20 mins from Taksim Square. Tons of shops and restaurants near by. A short downhill walk to Galataport (but uphill to home back)! Bed are hard though- could go with an update.

I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a great location close to everything. The staff were amazing, they arranged the airport transfers, laundry services and did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable.
