Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while I was out in the morning - seems a bit overkill.

Disgusting room. Freaking dirty. Paid rm125 for that room as asked for a refund. The ataff was kind and friendly tho.

I would consider this as just a place to spend a night if you have some business to settle in Putrajaya. Nothing much with the room, well you get what you paid for, but a lot of eateries within walking distance nearby

Difficult to find parking. The cleanliness I can give 1 out of 10. The toilet not clean at all and there’s smell urine.
