A distinct lack of power outlets in the guest rooms was a disappointment. On a positive note a local bar (very close by) The Jet lagged Lizard was great!

In the room we stayed in, many of the features were visibly old and weathered, including the furniture, carpet, and bathroom. The caulking in the bathroom needs an upgrade, and there were someone's contact lenses in the bathtub... For positives, the air-conditioning works great. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and nice; when I had an issue with my room at check-in, the front desk staff helped us quickly and easily. The free shuttle buses from the hotel to the airport terminal were great, and their drivers were also nice and friendly. This location is also convenient as there is a large selection of restaurants and convenience stores nearby within walking distance.

Convenient if doing a short overnight at the airport in Incheon, with a free shuttle bus to and from. Has a few nearby restaurants, but otherwise you need to take a bus if you want to explore. - Room was large and nice and included breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very helpful.

Overall, this hotel is pleasant and conveniently located (only a few mins away from the airport via the free hotel shuttle bus). The Wi-Fi may not be stable, but it’s not bad either.
