Unfortuntley took 25 minutes to check in due to only one staff member being available. Room was smaller than expected.

When we got to the hotel the AC for many of the rooms were out. We ended up with a room without AC. The staff said they would move us to another room after one night, but they never moved us nor did they follow up. I went down the 2nd day and asked for an update and they said they couldn't move us yet but would give as a fan until they could move us. We waited for the fan and that never showed up either. There-fore our rating for this hotel has to be very low.

Breakfast was good. Checkin was not good. We arrived at 1:30 but had to wait till after 3 to get a room. Staff was friendly and professional.

Greta location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room did have a strong mildew smell. We didn’t realize how bad it was until we left and could smell the mildew smell on our clothing. Luckily for us we were heading somewhere that had a washer and dryer. I didn’t ask for a room change cause I over heard the front desk telling some that they were sold out and had no rooms available. The sheets and beds were clean same with the bathroom. I believe it was either the air conditioner or the carpet.

Bathrooms is dirty, shower walls ground lines are dark of either mold or mildew. Flashback title behind the sink is full of spitting and with the heat wave they have and the air conditioning not doing good, we had a miserable week.

Our first night there we had just climbed into bed and all of a sudden we hear the pouring of water. Apparently the air conditioner had let go and dumped water all over the carpet witch my suitcase was close by and wet my clothes and damaged my some of my souvenirs from Belgium. we had paid for a balcony room and they ended up putting us in a handicapped room where the carpet was moldy, and the door was swollen from water damage two days later we were in the common area on the first floor, and all of a sudden we were getting splashed again, looked up and they had another leak. They did compensate us for the breakfast for the rest of our day and they said they would comp us for the first night which they didn’t fully do.. I am not overly impressed with this hotel.

Rooms are clean and staffs are friendly. Location is great as metro station entrynright outside hotel. Many F&B selections and supermarket in the area.
