I liked how accessible everything was—the mall, shopping areas, restaurants, and other nearby attractions were all conveniently located. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. I paid for a room for four people, but the amenities were only provided for two guests. Even the complimentary bottled water was limited to just two bottles, which was very disappointing. I expected the amenities to match the number of guests included in the booking.

We walked into the foyer and were very impressed, checked in, got a late checkout, then got out of the elevator and had a hike to get to our room, even walked through a stairwell past what looked like staff area. Seemed like they made a shortcut to another part of the building. Then we went down another hallway to our room with large fire extinguisher sitting on the floor outside the rooms. We entered our room, it seemed clean but so old and in need of a facelift. The room was tiny and we had a single bed in the room as well. A window that didn't close properly and looked into renovation works no outside view at all it was like an internal shaft. The aircon worked well, fridge wasnt turned on, no amenities in room at all, other than 2 small bottles of water. No extra blanket or pillows, bed was rock hard. Breakfast was in the dining room and you ordered your choice of 4 meals as you entered. Nothing on the menu for westerners, no toast or cereals or fruit. Coffee was shocking, they only offered paper cups and powder for milk. Had to ask for a tea bag, no set up to help yourself. Very disappointed.

Clean room..i just dis not like the policy that in the mabuhay rm they only allow 1 guest because i dis not state in my booking that 4 person will stay in the rm so i pay additional fee .

I am very disappointed with my stay. I booked a suite, yet it did not include basic amenities such as face towels, hand towels, or even a microwave. As a loyal customer since 2000, I know the difference between a Deluxe Room and a Suite. Unfortunately, the only noticeable difference now is that the suite comes with a full-size refrigerator. In addition, the Superior Suite is not soundproof. You can clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, and if you’re traveling with small children, they may also overhear guests’ private intimate moments. This is very uncomfortable and inconvenient, especially for families. I expected much better from a suite, considering the price and the hotel’s previous standards.
