We had a fantastic 3 nights at this property. Communication was faultless and you literally walk out of the front door into Old Town Square. Very luxurious set up and would 100% stay here again. Due to the age of the property there were a few stairs which we were made aware of and being on the 3rd floor gave us fabulous views of the Square. Lovely restaurants literally 2 steps from the front door. Check out arrangements were also extremely easy and we were able to leave our luggage at the property for a few hours before we headed to the airport. Thank you for making it a very smooth trip.

Laura was amazing. She guided us through WhatsApp, we were lost, then met us in front of the apartment. She gave us detailed instructions for getting into the apartment, which is beautiful. It was very clean, well lit and very tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is right on the square with an ice skating rink and little shops. We were so well located and comfortably walked to the various sites. Laura again walked us through buying our train tickets to Krakow. She recommended restaurants, which were great and was quick to respond to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I’d highly recommend this apartment to friends.

Beautiful suite located right in the heart of old town. The suite is spacious with high ceilings and well equipped. Check in and out was very easy. Since its location the old town, cars are not allowed so you must be able to carry your baggage through the cobble stone streets and up the stairs to the suite. This is the only downside to staying in old town.

When we found out that the properties are in different locations, we needed to be moved to be closer to our friends. If you want to be located on the Old Town Square, be sure to confirm the location before booking. Otherwise, the properties are beautiful with nice amenities. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows as they provided no support.

Clean and spacious. Great update’s apartment . Washer / dryer combo. Great location. Property manager, Alex, was wonderful. I highly recommend this apartment. I would use it again.

Property was amazing and location was spectacular! Right in the heart of old town, we could walk everywhere we needed to go.This is a 2 bedroom flat with full kitchen, living and dinning room. Up to date and georgous! Property manager met us in the square to show us around. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the old town!
