Room cleaners need training. THEY DIDN'T CHANGE THE SHEETS WHOLE WEEK The grumpy old man at breakfast was rude. Check in and counter staff all great.

Sejur individual

It was a lovely stay at The Pearl. The staff was very helpful, there was a breakfast included, a wine party everyday at 5:00, free snacks and coffee 24/7. Location is fantastic-just a block and a half from Times Square and the TKTS booth. Though my window was on the street, it was very quiet. Doorman, Manuel, was excellent-very friendly and helpful. Empire Steakhouse connected right next door. I will definitely stay there again on a future trip.
