Bad experience. No parking offered or available. Just recommendations. Check in took like 20 minutes in a little hallway full of people so we got skipped twice to offer getting help checking in. Hotel room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Wasn’t a fan of the roll around A/C unit. Takes up space. TV was broken. Body wash and shampoo bottles were in their spots next to the shampoo but both completely empty. Cafe and robot room service was nice and convenient. Other hotels in the area with comparable price and more amenities.

My favorite SF hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds, robot room service and friendly staff. Plus great views for people watching and easy access to the best of San Francisco.

I love this hotel. The location is amazing, shopping, dining, and a short walk to the Embarcadero! I always stay here when I come to the city.
