amazing service! nice clean rooms every day and 2 bottles of free water daily with some coffees and tea! for us it was a perfect location! not too far away from old Phuket town and a quick scooter ride to a bunch of beautiful beaches! Oh and the price cant be beat for what your getting as well! super recommend to anyone traveling to Phuket!

The window needed to be repaired so it can be locked. There was no microwave, doors did not look very solid, no utensils, there was a waste water chamber lid that was not properly secured and my wife fell in and injured herself. The hotel did help to buy medication and take my wife to doctors, but we checked out early.

It was a little on the noisy side. Sidewalks in the area are very uneven, and sometimes nonexistent.

For the price this was a good room for a few days. It was clean, the staff gave us extra pillows upon request, and they even changed the bed mattress for a softer one. The only drawback is that the bathroom window is always open without the option to close it. This allows for more noise to be heard. This is annoying especially at night.

I had to stay at R J just for on night.The room was large and very nice the price I payed.The staff was very helpful.Ask for a taxi and was told not to worry they will take me Great stay there
