Off Paris Seine

The concept of this hotel is great, however, when you get there, its a different story. NOT the place to stay for summer- the hotel sits ON the river. Not accessible by car. No one will come to the Taxi drop off or Uber drop off area to help you with your bags. No one will help you out after check out with your luggage either. Good luck if you have big luggage. There is a slim pool about 4 feet deep but gets very crowded easily and it is not available during dinner times. The common areas have no air conditioner, so in the peak of summer the entire hotel of only 2 stories feels like a huge sauna. The rooms have AC but its not powerful enough and you will sweat at night while you sleeping. The view from the room, of the water and the river cruises, were the best thing about the hotel, but do expect party noise from the music of the Seine events going on till 2am or so. It feels like a mini cruise ship to stay in this hotel. I will not be staying here again, but for others it might work. I just think the price tag would give me way more at some other place.

Loved the location on the Seine! Convenient to 2 train stations and walkable to sights and dining.

Over all nice place to stay

Really unique and special place to stay in Paris. Stunning location enjoyed in the bar and pool area. Lovely place to relax and enjoy the views. We were upgraded to a fantastic suite and offered complimentary bubbly to celebrate a big birthday. Very comfortable and well appointed. Really kind and sweet staff. Location near to the metro so very convenient. Be aware of the slight rocking when larger boats go past! A great, fun place to stay where they made us feel special with superb service. Breakfast was good too in the scenic bar area. Highly recommend.

BEWARE, this hotel did not have working AC they told us to open the window for cool air. Which wouldn't be bad except it was so noisy with emergency services and a constant 5 am wake up by a super loud cart going down the ramp every morning. On top of that BEWARE of "city tax" they charged me multiple times for city tax while I stayed and then when they sent me an itemized bill, it included only 1 tax. After contacting the hotel after the bill came to my email they said they were charging me for drinks that were never ordered.

Lovely property to stay at

Didn’t have breakfast, Couldn’t get A/C to work but it was cool enough outside to open the window

Very chic. Rooms immaculate. Outstanding breakfast. Guests need to be provided with a map - uber driver had no clear idea where to drop us off, and we spent 15 minutes finding the hotel. It then took five minutes to find someone to check us in, but he was very polite and gracious. Would definitely return when using Austerlitz station.
