About Stay Seoul Station

For the location 5 minute walk from Seoul station and walkable access to numerous eateries around, given the price we paid, we should have appreciated this place more. We even found the small space workable, with AC, mini fridge, sufficient outlets to charge devices and a reasonable size TV. The check-in was contactless and fast (staff did come over to help having realized we were non Korean-speaking). We could even overlook the little old neighborhood, surprisingly run down being a block away from modern malls. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep, so we had to work our way up to The 3rd floor, but I don't usually rate a hotel just okay because of that. What we couldn't get past is the extremely poor design of the bathroom coupled with its tiny size. The entire toilet is within the range of the shower with no divider /door/ curtain to separate - everything got wet, including the TP. There wasn't a working fan in the BR, yet the little window in the BR had no screen so bugs kept coming in, and we also didn't want exposure to the outside air (which was extremely hot, humid, and the neighborhood smelling of sewage) so we opted not to open it. The BR never had a chance to dry, neither did the things we left in there. There wasn't visible mold thankfully, but we were sufficiently discouraged from showering. The location and value are commendable but I'd choose to pay more for a better bathroom experience.

Great location, just off of a major street, one minute walk to the nearest exit of Seoul Station. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very walkable area.

It's very convenient especially is so near to Seoul Station. Getting places is easy. Staff are very helpful to show us a shorter way to train station. The only thing about our family room is that there is no lock for the toilet door. We have feedback to the hotel staff and have explained to us why it was removed. Hope it get fix soon. Overall experience is good.

I got what I paid for.

The location was very convenient

The room was nice and clean. Close to Seoul Station and many restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was small, no lift in property and walls are paper thin so you can here every toilet flush/ shower usage/people struggling with luggage on stairs.

There was a seven eleven nearby and the train station was also pretty close. Very good location wise if you're using the train to get around.

Only thing, they don’t have elevator but still hotel and staff are nice
