Room was lovely, tea/herbal tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets plus borders biscuits in room. Plus fridge contained glass bottle of Belu water. Nikki in the restaurant was lovely and very helpful, we had a great chat with her. It was my birthday and we decided not to get a dessert, however Nikki came out with a slice of chocolate torte with happy birthday written on the plate free of charge! It was such a surprise and was so kind. The main meal itself was not that great, but Nikki made up for that. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay and very convenient for all Bath city attractions. The breakfast was a little overpriced per person, so we for went that. The pool was clean. Although it was very, very chlorinated and we needed up having to get out due to coughing. Over all a great stay.

Apex hotel is a modern, comfortable and convenient hotel very close to all the main action in Bath. The only two things preventing me from giving this property full stars are the beds (rock hard) and the fact that breakfast is not included (and the buffet, though generous, is far too expensive for someone who eats so little). Also, the air conditioning was much appreciated but not quite low enough at night for this spoiled Yank. ;)

Hotel was close to everything. Staff were very helpful and kind. Amenities were outstanding. Loved the gym, pool, sauna and steam room.
