Clean room good location

This hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Located in the Baixa but far enough away to not hear all the noise at night. As a solo female traveller I felt safe.

Great location and overall stay

Location of this cute hotel is just perfect, outstanding service, delicious food, and very comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the staff made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Room was clean and the staff was great. central so easy access to anything local. Tours were easy to get to as a result of the location. Would highly recommend this hotel and should we return we would stay at this hotel again.

The staff were amazing and truly helpful. Any issues or concerns you had they addressed them quickly and efficiently. Was a wonderful hotel to be in for our trip to Portugal and would use them again for our next trip to Lisbon!!!

My trip started out good. Checked in to hotel at 3pm. I got there early so they held my bags for me which is common protocol. The room was very clean but nothing to be too excited about. The best part about this hotel is the location as you’re close to baixa and chaido and walkable to most of the tourist attractions in those neighborhoods. Well, now to explain why I gave the hotel a 1 star. I had checked in for two nights with my daughter and purchased the 2 person room with the queen bed. The second night, my spouse who we were going to reunite with the next day had a cancelled flight to that city from the US. He had to get on a last minute flight to Lisbon as that was the only available option. He landed in Lisbon quite late that night and came to hotel around 10:45pm. Moments after he arrived I got a call from the staff saying my husband is not allowed to stay at the hotel and that he can’t stay in the same room as us (me and my 5 year old child). 1) I pleaded with them to allow him for just 10 hours to just sleep since we were checking out in the morning. 2) I offered to pay extra for him to stay in the room with us. 3) or to pay for an upgrade. They explained that they didn’t have a room for 3 people that night and that the only way he could stay at the property was to buy another room for 180 euros for that night which was approximately 10 hour stay. We were very offended by the managements response as my daughter was also ready to sleep for the night. It was very u

Location, location and location. This hotel is at a great location and everything is so close by. Also the staff are super friendly and very professional and the breakfast is also good. Overall I would come back to this hotel hopefully in the near future.
