The property was great and very clean. We didn’t have breakfast because it cost extra, but they did have free water bottles, tea and coffee set out 24 hours, which was a nice plus to our stay. The night shift crew was wonderful and made our stay more enjoyable. The a/c was COLD and lovely! The only issue was our door kept jamming up when we tried to close it. We tried getting it fixed, but apparently there was no way to fix it. It was just how the door was. With two female staying in the hotel room we didn’t feel as safe as we normally would because of this. To top it off, I was hit with unexpected parking fees on our final bill. The lady at the front desk never mentioned a fee for parking when we checked in, so finding out I was charged on our last day was a very frustrating surprise.

The only complaint is the restroom in the suite. There is no place for toiletries in the shower. Also no separate light for the toilet and shower area vs. the sink and counter, so if you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night it lights up the entire room.

Plenty of seating area in the lobby, where you could be comfortable sitting by yourself. The outside patio was very comfortable as well. A nice simple map outlining would be helpful of the local stores and restaurants in the area so one could easily decide what you wanted to eat and where to go!

We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was amazing, they were very helpful and remembered our names. Greeting us as we stepped off the elevator. We had a request to adjust the air conditioning and they immediately sent someone to the room. We also extended our stay and needed to get new keys but had to rush out before we could get them. When we returned after midnight , the late shift staff was informed we would be coming in and when we walked in they knew exactly who we were and had the keys ready. The Hospitality exceeded our expectations. The price was super reasonable Especially since this was a spontaneous stay during a holiday weekend . They will definitely be on the top of our list for future trips.
