⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay From the moment I arrived, Julian and Nabil made the experience exceptional. Even though the lobby was incredibly busy, Julian took the time to sit down with me and give me a full lay of the land — local tips, hotel amenities, and everything I needed to feel settled right away. Nabil too made sure the checkin was very smooth. The room was comfortable, clean, and well‑maintained, with housekeeping showing up every single day without fail. It’s always nice returning to a fresh room, especially during a longer stay. The location is fantastic — close to restaurants, shops, transit, and everything you’d want within walking distance. It made getting around effortless. Two small recommendations to make a great hotel even better: • Breakfast variety — Rotating the breakfast menu every three days would be a huge plus for guests staying longer. • Carpet upgrades — Refreshing or upgrading the carpets over time would give the hotel an even more modern, polished feel. Once again highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was fine. Location is good, but the rooms were very small and not clean. The pillow cases on some of the pillows were too small and kept falling off, exposing yellow stained pillows. The soap in the room was empty so we had to use the shower soap. Also, the breakfast was okay…just not as good as it was in the past. Maybe it is different ownership.

Great location with a delicious breakfast.

Hotel is located right in the center of downtown which made it easy to catch the U or S-bahns to see all the sites. We were a family of four and slept comfortably in one room. The breakfast was amazing and the desk staff were very helpful.

Nice spot, missing essentials like extra towels, soap, no deadbolts on doors. Some staff friendly, others a bit rude with us being tourists. Excellent spot for locals, may feel a bit unfriendly to tourists

Good - location - stored luggage Not good - dirty and not maintained well - smells moist, mouldy, dusty - shower see through and connected to bedroom and thereby ceiling moulding - shower substantially leaking and tiles lifting - nowhere on the shower a shelf to put toiletries - entry door locked and only rotating one available, which is hard when you have two suitcases and one person Only stayed one night, otherwise would have gone elsewhere. There’s plenty I’m this price range around the area - avoid this one.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. But breakfast was expensive. Good location.

Great updated boutique hotel with great breakfast in a perfect location.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Location is so central to all of the sites, staff are amazing and the rooms are efficient and stylish. The breakfast buffet is the best way to start your day in Berlin! We will be back!
