What a beautiful hotel and unforgettable experience. Our room was incredibly serene and peaceful, creating the perfect retreat after exploring Kyoto. The staff graciously accommodated our request for a vegan breakfast and completely exceeded our expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully considered.
The team at MOGANA made our very first trip to Kyoto truly special. Thank you all for your exceptional hospitality and for creating such wonderful memories.

We had a balcony but it would have been nice to sit out but no chairs also no wedge to keep the door open. The privacy curtain was slightly stained and needed cleaning. It took us five days before we noticed there was no tv! All the staff were great and so helpful with booking restaurants and taxis. We enjoyed the reasonably priced western breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was able to adapt the menu to accommodate my daughter’s many food allergies. We had two sinks, a giant bathtub and a private balcony. It was in a quiet, but accessible neighborhood near the Nijo Palace. Special shout out to Dodi, who was a great resource for sightseeing and dining out.

Fantastic The room was quiet, clean and very modern with good amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Additionally, there is a bar on the second floor with an excellent bartender. Each drink was crafted artfully and with care.
