I found the price to be reasonable, however , it was my first time in Sedona and the staff was my first impression after a long drive and they were sooo unfriendly, even when I called ahead to say I’d be checking in late, the person was not friendly. Management needs to remind these people that they work in Hospitality. I will not return, for this reason. With all the competition, staff makes a difference in deciding factors.
