Amazing location huge accommodation. Does get quite bit people coming and going two restaurants one one second floor and 30th. Rooms quite accommodating. And public bath was real experience and was free for those who stay at hotel.

With an amazing view from the 29th floor and direct access to the transit network, this was a great stay for our time in Osaka. Service was excellent, really great value for money. Would recommend.

Drier was not working - asked staff for help. No help was granted. They just left us a note saying it was working fine.. We did 3 loads of laundry as we didn’t want to fill the driers full - we filled less than half and they were still very damp after 1 hr of drying… very disappointed - we wasted a lot of YEN and no help from staff.. Really disappointing

Le Check-in et check-out très facile. J’ai pu faire envoyer ma valise à Tokyo à la réception mais la compagnie s’agaça qu’ils utilisent à briser la fermeture éclair de ma valise et elle était ouverte. C’était bien frustrant. Toutes les informations étaient indiqué sur la télé donc pas besoin de demandé. Petite chambre mais le lit était confortable après une journée de marche. Le métro ou train est à côté de la réception ce qui est bien pratique

I wasnt a big fan of their breakfast menu not much selection. The location was convenient right next to a station and walking distance to quite a few places. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. Wouldn't book here again.
