Rooms were dated. Matress should have been thrown away 15 years ago. Old window rattler air conditiiner. Dissapointed i never spent the extra $40/night and stayed at the mercure. A fair way out of town also.

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived later than the reception was manned, however the check-in details we were sent were impeccable. Very clear, step by step instructions. We also asked for the pool to be opened a little early so we could swim before check out and a late check out. The staff were more than helpful and accommodating. We got to have a swim and an 11am check out. Will be recommending people to stay here and we’ll be back too.

Walls marked Skirting boards hanging off Stain on 1 of the sheets Old stuck windows Carpet could be replaced No kitchen just a few shelves Door chain didn't lock as it couldn't reach the other end of it. If l knew it looked like this l Would Not have been there.. Very disappointing I wouldn't go back. I Don't recommend Sorry But staff was nice.
