Fantastic
This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was really helpful and extremely nice. The room was clean, The food and entertainment were good. The Spa was relaxing. There was a pool just for adults if you don’t have kids but if you do, their pool had a waterfall and slide! The dj by the pool was very enjoyable! Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! I will definitely return!!

I was disappointed with my recent stay at Margaritaville Resort. While check-in was pleasant, I was never told how to use the $75 daily resort credit included with my reservation, so I lost the first day’s credit. I only learned the following day that I simply needed to charge purchases to my room. The room was also not clean upon arrival. Even after requesting housekeeping twice, trash was still left behind. There were flies in the bathroom and visible mold in the shower, which was unacceptable. We were also served undercooked chicken wings by the pool. I chose not to complain at the time because my son was enjoying his vacation. At checkout, I had to repeatedly show proof that my reservation included the daily credit before it was honored, which made for a frustrating experience. For the price of this resort, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and communication. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Property location is a win, close to a lot of places to eat if you dont want to use the restaurants inside the hotel. The room attendance never came to clean the room or change the towels even when we left them outside to be replaced. We stayed for 3 nights.
