The general areas and rooms are very clean. The breakfast that is included is a decent selection of foods; -scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, many types of bread, fresh fruits, yogurt, juices, pastries and a waffle maker so you can make your own waffle.
The ladies working there are very helpful and pleasant and often enquired if I needed anything. The additional perk of fruit infused water in the lobby was a thoughtful idea. Overall, a very positive experience.

I would start off with the staff! Kind! Helpful and very nice! Our room however needed some help. They had buckets under the ac unit to catch water but ours was significant more than a drip onto the carpet by the time we got up this morning my husband had to walk through the wet carpet
In addition the blinds were broke so all night we had a ton of light in our room.

It was advertised that there was an Airport Shuttle,I landed at Cleveland International and exited the airport to look for said shuttle.When I couldn’t find one I contacted the hotel, I was told that I should have contacted them 24 hours in advance, the person was very abrupt. Then she said that she had people in front of her, I was looking for a pen to copy down the address, without asking if I could be placed on hold, she put me on hold. I decided to wait until the next day to have a conversation about the non existent Airport Shuttle. The following day I was told that since I booked through a third party, I would need to contact them for a partial refund. I reached in the hotel cooler for an ice tea, the lady at the reception told me to take it to make up for the shuttle fiasco. The room was clean, and comfortable, the kitchen staff were very accommodating. I am grateful to them for the hot scrambled eggs, the cream cheese and bread.

Staff were very attentive. We have been staying there for years while in town for equestrian events. Location perfect and very safe, but the hotel needs an overhaul. The chairs in the main lounge are literally peeling away. The pictures in the room were damaged on the frames.
