amazing stay. my wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. the food, service, and room were all amazing. we took a room with the private outdoor bath and enjoyed breakfast and dinner buffets. highly recommend this property.

We all loved our stay. The food (even an ice cream vending machine), special dinners, public Onsen, happy hour and in room Onsen were fabulous. We even experienced our first earthquake!!! A memorable experience.

This hotel experience was a dream! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Definitely will return to Hakone and spend more than a day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is breathtaking. We had a private tub on our balcony that was fed by a hot spring. Truly and amazing experience!
