Morning receptionist was amazing at checking in upon arrival. Very informative regarding our stay and provided all the events happening around the hotel area. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices to choose from. Spa and massage was quite reasonable. The hotel looks very modern and boutique alike. Definitely a recommended stay.

Overall, I thought the hotel was a fantastic value in the location. Was absolutely great for everything my wife and I wanted on our time and town. The biggest downsides were that the air conditioner would shut off after 2 or 3 hours, so even in the middle of the night while you're asleep and baking hot outside, your air conditioner was shut off and you have to wake up and go turn it back on just to keep the room cool throughout the night. Also, that means anytime you leave the room the air conditioner is off so no matter what when you come back you're never coming back to a cool down place. It's always boiling hot

A great stay with very friendly and helpful staff. One of the day we got a beautiful stalk of rose in the bathroom which made us simile. A wide spread of food for breakfast so we get to savour variations daily. Another thoughtful gesture from hotel was a complimentary dinner. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one…and special thanks to Ma Liza

Overall pleasant stay for 2 nights. Good location which is near to The Old Town but yet not within so it is quiet. The only issue is the bath-tub, there is no shower curtain but only 1/4 of a shower screen. Can be a wet toilet after shower!

Hotel lobby is extremely hot. We rented a 2 bedroom unit. The ac in one of the rooms did not run well and made the room hot even though I had the ac set to 18 degrees. All night we could hear dogs barking... I'm not sure where the barking was coming from. And there was random construction so we would hear banging all the time. Pool is tiny and extremely sunny

Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and was a pleasant way to start the day. The only downside was the hotel entrance, where the steps are quite high and may be challenging for some guests. Additionally, ongoing city construction made the road outside somewhat dirty and less appealing. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a convenient location.
