The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was kept very clean and the room was good. The only problem were the elevators- for the entire 40+ floors, there were only three small elevators that only worked about half the time. Other than that, the hotel was good. If you are looking to stay with family of 3 or 4 members then suggest a different place. Good for business and office visits.

There was a very nice secluded view of New York on the 44th floor, overall the area in view and feeling of the hotel was amazing. However, the water was expensive in the common area. The cookie given at the beginning of our state was hard.
