Clean bed and bathroom. Once you’re inside the hotel it is fine, but the neighborhood is terrible. There drug distribution center close by. Don’t expect to walk around to explore. Take your uber and go.
Place is ok for a short stay. I wasn’t expecting much and they delivered what you pay for.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Location is close to downtown core.
Just reasonable price in the crazy hotel market of Toronto.
I would stay again if needed.

This room looked clean at start but retuned late to go to sleep and could not due roaches crawling on the bed and mattress, I went to shower and roaches crawled on the towels and bath mat could not shower I took about 10 photos and videos and was provided no refund or alternate room. I was 1st told I would get a full refund and that never happened they infact refused to compensate me in any way for this disgusting stay which I could not sleep or shower the staff don’t care to resolve

The room was very quiet and clean, with a mini fridge that was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful throughout my stay.
One thing to plan ahead for: there are only 2 parking spots available (for a fee), so make sure to book your spot as soon as you book your room.
The bathroom was nice too, but the sink was quite small — there's a shelf above it for your toothbrush and other items, but the sink itself is so tight that it's hard to wash your face without water splashing onto the floor.
The location isn't the best, but for the price, the hotel offers great value.

The room was so small. As a muscular person with broad shoulders, I had a difficult time maneuvering inside the small bathroom. The sink area was so small I could not fit in the space. The place is located in a homeless area and it felt scary at times walking to and from and even during the night. There is not elevator in the building so front end staff had to help me carry my big luggage to my room on the 3rd floor. The mini AC unit in the room made so much noise during the night I found it difficult to fall and stay asleep.

Staff wasn’t very helpful when I brought to his attention that the bathroom was falling apart, molded wood, shower dangling, floor board detached, screws exposed… incomplete shower tiling and that’s just the bathroom…

Unfortunately the only positive was the check in staff was very friendly and assuring the area was safe and the bed was comfortable. We were grateful when we arrived as the walk there was very uncomfortable (drugs/homeless). The hotel and room is very old and run down, very minimal. Spend the extra couple hundred to be closer to the main DT attractions.

We took the suite which was a basement room below the level of the road. This did mean that the traffic noise was minimal. The beds were comfortable. There was a kitchen included which was not well maintained. No cups, no spoons, just a kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer and a stove. The bathroom was miniscule. No attention to maintenance (toilet seat not fixed, plug in basin not working). This hotel really is on one of the worst streets in the city - not a nice place to be or to wander round. For what we paid it was a let down. Would definitely not stay again.
