Great relaxing place overall with lots of amenities including a pool. Kids pool up to 1 meter deep. Worked out really well for my kids. Definitely recommend since it was away from the hectic area but close enough to get there as needed.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The mini bar had soda and complementary free water in every room. Having a shuttle to Osaka station was helpful for my family of five. There is also a free shuttle to Universal. However, I did not like the fact we had to pay to use the pool. We didn’t even if my wife and I didn’t swim we still had to pay 3,300 yen each for adult and 1,320 for child. Over $50 for my to kids to swim. It was convenient having a 7-eleven in the basement floor and a pharmacy next door. I gave the four stars because of the pool and having to explain economics to my crying seven year old. It may just be a western perspective.

As advertised, it is a welcoming place. You may want to try the restaurants at the hotel they are convenient and affordable. It is well connected to the city. The personal is amazingly kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Property was great! Lots of restaurants, shopping downstairs and even a 7/11. Location was close to a train station and they had a shuttle to take you to the train station with a huge mall next door. Please be advised though that you have to pay to use their pool, and kids are only welcome in one of them. I was not aware and ended up having to pay 100 dollars so my family could swim…
