Nice hotel with fabulous rooftop bar and pool for adult use only. Also a lower level pool for younger families. The hotel is easy walking distance to key attractions including Adventure Cove Waterpark, Universal Studios and the Sentosa Aquarium. Another 10-25mins walk and you can walk to Vivo City shopping mall.

Room is above average quality bedding and bed, but the staff for checking in is just awful. They are so rude come on you are an island resort not business hotel, people want to feel like they are having a good time, the staff is a mood killer. It made me not want to spend another extra $ there. The hair dryer plug is completely broken too and they dont check it. The replacement towels are ridiculously worn strings hanging from all corners. And thanks for the pitiful 30 min late check out. Pathetic management!!

Very walkable location and the pools were a big plus. We tried the rooftop pool and it is lovely up there but the pool is a bit small compared to the lower deck and the music was a bit loud at times. But we were there for relaxation so just wasn't the vibe at the time. Really handy little cafe in the foyer of the adjacent hotel and really well priced. The beds were the most comfortable beds ever with down covers and pillows. There's slightly more room in the rooms at The Outpost v The Village which we appreciated. It was a bit confusing checking in late at night with the Grab requiring cash ( which we didn't have) and the hotel being cashless. Also checking is on the 3rd floor so you need to go in via the carpark and take the lift to level 3. The only thing we thought was missing was perhaps a drinks/snacks vending machine to save having to walk to the 7/11.

Overall the hotel is good, facing the Palawan beach. The room is small but comfortable. Breakfast is nothing like 5 star hotel breakfast but enough choices. We drove there so parking is free, also toll to Sentosa is free. There are 2 pools, one is shared by Village hotel and another small pool located at the roof top. The hotel is good enough for a weekend stay. We went there for Wedding Anniversary celebration, hotel gave us a cake, very thoughtful of them.

Check in and check out staff were lovely, room was nice and bed comfy but it was dirty on the shower / bathroom door and around the the edge of the room. When I checked in no one offered me the mini bar selection and I didn’t know about it until I saw other people doing it when I was checking out (they’re meant to take you through items to choose at check in) The main pool was closed during my stay which was advertised but then the adults only pool and bar upstairs was closed both afternoons of my stay, had use of the village hotel pool but there were kids plashing water into our drinks in the pool bar area. I paid extra for the breakfast and it was quite possibly the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, undercooked sloppy scrambled eggs and the coffee machine the coffee came out cold and milk tasted off. Definitely do not pay extra for breakfast it’s not worth it. Tried to have lunch at the restaurant at the top before it closed for events and had to ask for a menu, was finally given one and they never came back to get my order so after 45 minutes I just left. Definitely not worth the price.

We was allocated a room at the 3rd level, same floor as the reception lobby. All was good except water pressure was very poor in the shower room. Breakfast was reasonable but selection was little.
