The property was satisfactory; however, the staff exhibited rudeness and showed little regard for customer service. On the second day, we requested that our room be cleaned and provided with fresh linens and towels, but this request was not fulfilled. We had to actively seek out the maid for clean towels after the third day. Additionally, we were required to locate the cart ourselves to dispose of the trash after the third day. Overall, this experience was not enjoyable, but it could have been improved if the staff had demonstrated greater concern for the customers.

Disappointed. Outdated.

The sheets were not clean. We didn’t know until late at night after we returned from the Convention Center. We ended up sleeping on the top sheets and covers. Ridiculous!!! I hope they clean room 1110 for the next occupants. I wish there was a way to post the pictures I took on this review.

Great service from the front desk when I got to the hotel in the morning, but when I returned late at night, I couldn’t find the television remote in my room and I couldn’t get in touch with the front desk using the room phone.

We arrived early due to the baseball game start time being adjusted. We were able to valet park and check in quickly. The walk to the ballpark was very quick. When we returned to the hotel it was almost “happy hour” when they serve appetizers at the rooftop bar. However, it was raining so the rooftop was closed. It would have been nice if this was made clear on the flyers, maybe a sign on the door or somewhere visible. Or serve the free appetizers in the lobby or something. The bar in the lobby was packed. The bartenders were busy but polite and friendly. However, they weren’t very clear about the situation with the rooftop either. Just a heads up, it is only open in the evening. I would have loved to have breakfast up there. The hotel is charming, has some interesting history and character, and has obvious wear and tear due to age. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, but the inside is HORRIBLE. Rooms have not been updated since about 1970. The room was musty smelling and had a great view of a brick wall. Further, the neighborhood was unsafe. Baltimore has really gone downhill.

The staff were very good, the installation too but in the 10 flops smells like humidity, like a little dirty cat, I can understand is a antique hotel, if the loby smell very good why my floor and room didn't smell good, I think are things can be fixed and everything will be ok.

Room was clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. I had a terrible time accessing WiFi. It was sporadic and not dependable.
