Bad night, AC was not working and a heat wave in LA...

It was surprisingly clean. New mattress. Ms. k the front desk lady went above and beyond for me. The pics are somewhat misleading. Room had a bit of a smoke smell even though it was a smoke free room. Parking was a hassle at nights, had to park far from the room. Toilet had a leak.

The toilet wasn't flushing, windows covered were broken no privacy. No shampoo or conditioner if you need it you need to pay Xtra. The so call breakfast is not available. You do get a mediocre coffee and a really tiny muffin. Shower would hold the water . Do notcstay b in this place.

Rooms weren’t thoroughly clean. Staff was moderately helpful but friendly. Short term overnight stay is okay but not comfortable more than a day.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the property is in a great location with plenty of dining and shopping options

Very disappointing stay. This hotel is advertised as non-smoking, but cigarette smoke was everywhere, including in our room. Guests were smoking right outside our window and door, and it appeared that smoking was also happening in nearby rooms. We reported the issue to the front desk, but the employee refused to investigate. Because of the smoke, we had to leave the hotel at 11:00 PM on the same day and find another place to stay. We still have not received a refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smoke-free stay.

Clean but the stench when you enter the room is really strong. Furniture and restroom is visible very old and used.

We only stayed for one night since we had an early morning flight. Unfortunately, the AC in our room was not working, and the room was extremely hot. I called the front desk and was told that maintenance would come at 8 AM, which didn’t make sense since we were only staying overnight. After I explained this, the staff checked and confirmed that the AC was indeed not working. She brought us a fan and said she would try to find another room, but there was no follow-up at all. When I called again for an update, she was dismissive and rude, saying she didn’t know how long it would take and that she wasn’t the one who checked us in, as if our issue was not her problem. Her response was completely unhelpful and made the front desk experience even worse. When I expressed my frustration, she simply told me I had the option to check out and then hung up on me. I tried calling back, but no one answered. There was no apology at any point. We paid almost $200 for just a few hours of rest before heading to the airport, but instead, we were left in an uncomfortable room with no proper accommodation and poor customer service. When I checked out in the morning, the staff member was no longer there. I was told her name might be Martha—the person who answered my call around midnight on 06/28/26. Overall, this was a terrible experience marked by a broken AC, rude and dismissive service, and no real effort to resolve the problem, which made our short overnight stay miserable and left us exhauste

Initially our first room was a little smelly and wear and tear in the bathroom.. we requested another room which was much much better. The price was a little more expensive because of World Cup, but I had no other option around that area. It was satisfactory, not horrible.

Everything about this place was good. Staff was friendly, room was clean, kitchen was perfect and there was sufficient parking. Centrally located.
