Room is was clean and nice view, breakfast was lovely , reception staff didn’t know what they doing. I make the booking mostly hour before arrive to the hotel and she kind but didn’t know how to find my reservation. I spent lots of time to wait for hotel confirmation but my transaction from my card going through straight away and I receive confirmation booking email from Hotels.com straightaway Breakfast stuff, so lovely and kind

Fantastic location, good staff, varied breakfast, large room. I paid for the premium room overlooking the square. Didn't like the brown mesh curtain that was between the double glazing and couldn't be moved. Severely obscured the view you're paying the premium for

This hotel is very nice with professional and friendly staff. The room is clean and spacious. The air conditioning setup is a bit confusing at first but everything is explained. I highly recommend it.

Very weird hotel. Asked for a twin room, got one big bed with 2 duvets - apparently that is a twin room . Bathroom is open to the elements to your room mate can see you shower - there is no privacy at all. Whoever decided that the shower needed to have you on display to all made a very bad decision. Wouldn't stay here again just because of that
