We stayed here overnight only, so we could catch a Shinkansen train out the next day after a long day flying to Japan. We are a family of 4. Very convenient location but the room wasn’t great and as nice as it looked in the photos. For the price we paid, I expected better. Convenient yes, comfortable just okay.

1st room smelled terrible! No kettle or coffeemaker to make hot water or coffee in room. You should stop offering non-renovated rooms to future guests! For $386 room rate per night not acceptable! I have never stayed in room with bathroom that looks like was built maybe 20 years ago!!

The location of this hotel is great. Next to the Tokyo station. However, there isn't any USB charging point in the hotel rooms. There was no kettle in the room when we arrived, but there is one in the room we stayed for our return journey. The self-laundry facilities are useful. Overall is a convenient hotel to stay.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before heading to Kyoto. The location is perfect, as it’s directly connected to Tokyo Station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The city view from my room was stunning, especially at night. I enjoyed every moment of my stay, from the comfortable room and beautiful bathroom to the delicious breakfast buffet. It was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location right next to the Tokyo station. Just that it was difficult to find it once we arrived at the station. There are simply too many exits for the first-time visitor. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The fitness and amenities are a bit on the lower side, maybe because this is for business travelers? It would be nice if there were some extra washrooms. Overall, very nice hotel and I enjoyed the stay there!
