Great price for a two bedroom place in Melbourne CBD. A little shabby around the edges, but you can beat the price for the amount of space.

Poor wifi service. No heaters and aircon doesn’t warm the room even though it can be set to 25-30DegC. Something is always defective in the room. Room light was working and the filter from the cooker hood was dirty. Noticed it when it fell down while using it.

Wifi is not stable. Tv remote control doesn’t work. Parking needs to checkin at reception first so ended ip parking somewhere else instead. Not recommended

Room was as shown, a bit basic, but sufficient. Was not pleased that any room card will access any and all "secure" floors of the hotel. A bit of surface maintenance needed and an upgrade of the gym equipment would be nice. Location was great.

Got placed in a room next to a maintenance room where the door kept slamming every 5 minutes and also had the vacuum that wasn’t packed away next to our room door. The room had zero sunlight and was very hot during our stay at night time. We had to turn on the aircon every night and windows didn’t open. Shower head wasn’t that great for showers. When walking back to the hotel the room is pitch black and we had to turn on the lights because there was no sunlight in the room. During our stay, we could hear noises that sounded like heavy rain. However, check in process was really good. Could’ve had a better room that had sunlight.
