The hotel is nice and the rooms are generally good, but they are not keeping up with maintenance. The plastic backboard of the bed was worn and ripped (and gross looking), and the AC was very intense and uncomfortable. Carpet and walls in halls need repair. In short, the hotel is not worth the cost.

We originally had room 2101 and the ac or mini fridge didn’t work so we were given another room 1601 and everything worked. Trip was great.

Wow! The location cannot be better. Right in the heart of the Gold Coast, with shops and dining options galore! Room was very large, clean and comfortable. I loved everything about it! Will definitely book again!

Great location! Great location! 5 of 5!! Condition ..needs little update here n there. Food was 5/5..room needs microwave, more room in fridge. Staff is great.
