Great staff and a very clean room with a beautiful view!!!

Great stay, family of 3 in a garden view 2-room suite. Very spacious and clean. Exceptional stretch of beach, beautiful grounds and location close to shops and restaurants. Outstanding value compared to surrounding properties. Only drawback is the single dining option, but Hemingway's is good and we prefer to get out and try spots off-property anyway. We'll most definitely be back,

The hotel is right on the best part of Grace Bay Beach and close to downtown, so it's very near many restaurants. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The housekeeping service is excellent; they even wash your dishes. Once or twice they left fewer towels than we needed, but that's normal—they're human beings! And when we asked for them, they replaced them right away. My hair dryer wasn't working properly, and I had a new one in minutes. I'm already thinking about returning, and I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. The beach umbrella and lounge chair service is spectacular, and they're always available no matter the time or the number of guests. I give it a 10 out of 10 and recommend it 100%.

This was our second time returning to The Sands. The rooms are spotless! Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. Hemingways is amazing! Great food and the best waitstaff. The beach views can’t be beat and there are plenty of lounge chairs to relax by the ocean. Someone is always there to lend a hand if needed. I can’t say enough about The Sands! It was a great experience and we can’t wait to go back!

We loved The Sands! Great location. Beautiful beach. Rooms were large. Screened in porch was great. Washer/dryer in every room came in handy. Cute little mini kitchen perfect for coffee, breakfast and lunch. The staff is amazing! Walking distance to town and shops was a real plus for us. Highly recommend!

Resort is nice and the beach is amazingly beautiful- right on Grace Bay. Hemmingway, on-site restaurant, is very good. Our room was not ready on time but Staff was wonderful especially Dianne and Shasha(concierge). Short walk to shops and restaurants. Shuttle to sister hotels(The Palms and Shore Bay) is a plus. Will be back here .

The place is so close to the white sand beach. Our room was very clean and nice.

My recent stay at the Sands in Grace Bay left room for improvement and did not meet our expectation. The check-in process was disappointing. Although the advertised check-in time was earlier, our room was not ready until around 3:30 p.m., which made for a frustrating start to our vacation. Once we got into the suite, it was apparent that it is in need of updating. The furnishings and overall appearance felt dated, and the room lacked the fresh, well-maintained feel I expected from a resort in this price range. The beach and location are beautiful, which is the resort’s biggest advantage, but the accomodations and check-in experience left room for improvement. I hope management invests in updating the suites and improving the efficiency of the check-in process to provide guests with a better overall experience.
