Fantastic
Wonderful property just outside of Bern. Very clean and comfotable room. We had a huge balcony on 3rd floor room. Staff super helpful on how to get to places by public transportation- tons of buses and trams. Food at hotel restaurant was very good, but pricey compared to other cities in Europe. Defintely great hotel for the price.

We were so glad we stayed at teh Sternen Muri. At the beginning we worried we were too far away from Bern Center. But once we took the Number 6 tram(I think that is the correct number) from near the clock tower, we realized it was not far at all. The hotel was extremely clean and well run. The a.c. was fine and we loved the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant with a nice little balcony.

The staff was very kind and helpful. My son enjoyed using the gym. It’s a beautiful hotel and located well. The only frustrating part of it was a little too warm in the room. They did accommodate by providing an additional fan to help with the warmth in the room.

Beautiful room with a fantastic view, just what we needed. The room has everything already thought of for you, down to the little details. And only 13 minutes away on the tram from the centre, which is free for those staying, so overall ideal and exceeded expectations.
