Decent location from the main busy area. Tight parking available so if you have a large car you might struggle. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.

Lived up to its reviews. Good short distance from Le gare. You young lady on room duties went out of her way to prepare the room to perfection.
Also Pedro was willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast, reception etc. thanks guys.

Sub medie I would strongly recommend anyone looking at this place to look elsewhere. Our room was not like the pictures at all, it was dirty with bad sheets that were ripped and stained. The bath and shower didn’t have a curtain and the amenities were falling off the walls. The room walls were stained and marked all over.
When we brought this to the attention of the reception staff their attitude was that they knew and didn’t care, nor would they do anything about this. I took many pictures showing what an awful place this is. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent location with access to the old city, which is what we wanted.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is cozy and beautiful. The area is very walker friendly and safe.

Hotel was reasonable and good value apart from lack of air conditioning and need to open window onto street with tram working until late and starting early meaning it was too noisy.

If no where else to stay, is sufficient. Bed is ok, bathroom is dirty, shower is small and broken. Only one light in bathroom worked. No lights in hallway. No curtains.
