Amazing staffs. So polite and helpful. The breakfast courtyard is beautiful provide variety of foods. Walking distance to Ben Thanh market. Opera house and sightseeing bus station right across the hotel. Highly recommend stay.

Breakfast is geat with a wide variety of choices. We love especially the fresh fruit. The welcome basket with fresh fruit is also sweet. The location is Great. Next to Opera house and walking distance to shopping

My booking was paid in full with Expedia. However, upon checking in, they asked for my credit card to "verify." When I checked out, I told them again that I already paid and should not be charged again. I was told there is no charge. However, after returning home and checked my credit card, the booking was fully charged by the hotel even though Expedia already collected up front. I contacted Expedia and was assured that the hotel will refund me. I'm still waiting for my refund as of this review.

Classy , Safe ,Nice quiet spot right in the center of city. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere , breakfast included was great!!! Staffs was excellent. We checked out at 3 am in the morning and they prepared to go breakfast ! Definitely stay again!!!

Air conditioning was faulty and they give lower grade room . I have paid usd 40 extra for upgrade but in room ac was not working and then next day they have me simple and oom

After two attempts, our twin opera view room at the very end of the hall had no hot water in the shower. Other than that, great free buffet breakfast, with free coffee and juice.
